Pricing of our real estate agency in Brussels
At IZIKOZI, the sales commission starts at 2% (excluding VAT) for exclusive listings; listing a property for rent is billed at one month’s rent (excluding VAT); and rental management starts at 6.80% (excluding VAT) of the rent. All our fees are disclosed from the very first contact, with no hidden costs or surprises at the time of signing. A 360° virtual tour and virtual home staging are always included, regardless of the package you choose.

1 month's rent + 21% VAT

- Payable in two installments. So you can start enjoying your investment from the very first month.
- Exclusive mandate. Only IZIKOZI is authorized to look for a tenant.

3. OUR RATES FOR RENTAL MANAGEMENT
A. Standard Services
Standard rental and shared housing: 6.8% to 8% of the rent + 21% VAT
- For 1 apartment: 8% + 21% VAT, which is 9.68% including VAT.
- -5% starting from 2 apartments, which is 9.20% including VAT.
- -10% starting from 5 apartments, which is 8.71% including VAT.
- -15% starting from 10 apartments, which is 8.23% including VAT.
- We do not charge a minimum fee.
- We do not charge any takeover fees.
- New lease = 1 month's rent + 21% VAT.
Coliving and coworking: 16% of the rent + 21% VAT
- That is 19.36% including VAT.
- There is no minimum flat fee.
- We do not charge any takeover fees.
- New lease = 1 month's rent + 21% VAT.
Shared housing ≠ Coliving. In shared housing, there is only a single lease (a joint lease + roommate agreement between tenants). In coliving, each room is rented separately and has its own individual lease.
